We are pleased to offer free shipping on all Orders, regardless of order amount or delivery location within Malaysia. There are no hidden charges—what you see at checkout is what you pay.
3. Order Processing Time
All Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with your Order details and shipping information.

If your location is in a remote or restricted zone, delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

8. Undeliverable Packages
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect shipping details or failure to receive the package, the item may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate at the time of checkout.
