If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return, refund, and cancellation policy.


Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return and refund window from the date of delivery. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund, subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition with no signs of wear or damage.
  • The item must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and any promotional materials.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or invoice) is required for all returns.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., opened lubricant bottles, used cycling gloves). Please contact us for clarification if you’re unsure.

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, we will notify you and may return the product back to you.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that you may change your mind after placing an order. For that reason, we offer a 12-hour cancellation window from the time of purchase.

1. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order:

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund promptly.

2. After 12 Hours or Shipped Orders

Unfortunately, if more than 12 hours have passed or if the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may return the product once received, following the Return Policy outlined above.

  • Refunds are only issued after the returned item is received and verified to be in resellable condition.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photo evidence so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
